Our Story

In business since 2009, Comfort Communities is dedicated to providing expert professional property management and real estate services. We currently manage manufactured home communities in multiple states as well as a 204 unit apartment community in San Marcos, California. Our continued growth and success can be attributed to our steadfast commitment to our most valuable assets; residents and investors. We prove our ability everyday to effectively manage these assets with integrity, honesty, and equality always.

What we do

Something that starts immediately in the parks we acquire and operate is home renovations and new home installation. As a Licensed Manufactured home dealer we work with top manufacturers to order beautiful homes, that we place in vacant home sites. This instantly lifts the neighborhood astatic visually. By filling vacancies and bringing newer inventory, park revenue rises which in turn helps with the funding of events and most importantly growing property values for our residents. Another common problem in older parks is abandoned homes that have been left vacant sometimes for years. By painting and renovating homes for new and happy tenants we replicate the same result as the new home installs. The combination of new inventory and the repair and renovation of the old, transform communities and grow park income, resulting in an improved neighborhood and thriving resident culture.
We are embracing new technology to bring our mobile home parks into the future and help residents get what they need. We use cutting-edge rent management software that allows for easy and protected storage of resident information. We offer online rent payment options with free ACH so residents can pay bills from the comfort of their homes. Online applications allow prospects to apply easily and quickly. We are now using Zego billing which offers free credit reporting, if setup, and displays clean and detailed resident bills so there is no confusion as to what you are charged. All of this is integrated into our system so bills match your resident portal which you can access from any smart device.
